Join Bureau of Land Management rangers for a special night hike on April 17th, 2026, in celebration of International Dark Sky Week! Discover the wonders of the Earth and the stars on a 2.5-mile journey along Green Springs Mountain Loop, set during the new moon for optimal stargazing. Learn about nocturnal wildlife, local ecology, and the importance of dark skies.

Meet at CVS in Ashland at 7:00 PM. The group will return around 11:00 PM. Please remember to bring a headlamp and sturdy shoes for the hike.
